RETURNS -
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

- Please email customerservice@millaux.com within 14 days of receiving your order with the issues associated with your order.
- We will happily accept returns for catalogue products and catalogue sizes that have been unused and are in original packaging.
- All returns will be charged at 40 Chf/your local currency. This will be deducted from your refund.

- We cannot accept returns of products that have been constructed in custom sizing and colourways unless the product has not been constructed to incorrect specifications. If this is the case, we will be in contact to either correct the order or refund your order.

*We ask you to consult the team if you are unsure of sizing before you complete your order to avoid any returns regarding ordering the wrong size.

RETURN PROCESS -
To return an item, please email customer service at customerservice@millaux.com with the reason for returning your item.

Once confirmed, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping label.

After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and return the product unused and undamaged in its original packaging, then mail your return to the address that we provide you. Return shipping charges will be paid by us and charged at CHF 30/or your local currency.
REFUNDS +
REFUNDS -
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
EXCHANGES +
EXCHANGES -
We are unable to process exchanges at this time as all products are custom made to each order. Please submit a refund and re-order your desired product to the correct sizes and/or colourways.

We ask you to consult the team if you are unsure of sizing before you complete your order to avoid any returns regarding ordering the wrong size, as returns prove costly.

Once orders have been processed and sent into production, we are unable to cancel orders. If you need some support with queries around this, please email us at customerservice@millaux.com.
